Bet you thought you’d seen the last of me. 

We really wanted to jump back on here and update everyone on what’s going on in the world of Fred&Dan. Also, Janette forgot to cancel the email campaign subscription through Squarespace so we figured since we’re paying for it for another year, why not come back and haunt your inboxes? 

First things first, we hope you had a great brat summer, and are in the midst of preparing for creepy forest dweller fall.

No, but really we’re so grateful to have this growing email list and for everyone who has asked us about what is going on. It’s been a crazy year of growth and writing, of course. 

Since we brought you all along on the journey of Barden & Sarah Start A Pandemic (previously Big Oops), from crowdfunding to producing to directing to post, we wanted to give you a very exciting update! 

Barden & Sarah Start A Pandemic is screening twice at one of the top 5 biggest film festivals in the country - the freaking Austin Film Festival!! 

Not only that, but we just got word that we are nominated for a Jury Award in the category of Produced Digital Series! That’s pretentious film festival speak for an award that is “best in category.” 

Austin has been on our bucket list of film festivals for years and we can’t believe that we not only finally get to go, but that one of our projects is in the festival and being recognized in such a huge way. 

We have a lot more in the pipeline and we can’t wait to share it all with you. So watch your inbox, and move us over from spam to primary, because we just be popping up whenever we feel like it. Just kidding, we’ll aim for some form of consistency.
